Axxera’s Digital Evidence agent is a program that can see all of the
information passing over the customer’s network. As data streams back
and forth on the network, the program looks at, and copies each packet.
Normally, a computer only looks at packets addresses to it and ignores
the rest of the traffic on the network. The agent looks at everything
that comes through the packets, so that they can be analyzed carefully
for specific information or patterns. A digital evidence agent located
on your network would be able to monitor suspicious traffic activities.
This information can be later used by security professionals to assess
in real time the exposure that their company could have had due to a
security breach.

Axxera’s Vulnerability Scanning Service identifies exposures and weak spots within your network through powerful internal and external scanning. As a client-driven service, you have full control of scanning parameters and scheduling through the Axxera Portal. Evidence Retention
service provides aggregation and archiving of all relevant logs, as
required by regulations such as PCI. The service provides support for
a wide range of devices, allowing capture and aggregation of logs for
critical information assets including servers, routers, firewalls and
databases. Logs will be collected in their entirety, indexed for search
and reporting capabilities, and archived for a time period determined
by the client. Access to raw logs is also supported.
The Log Retention Service offers powerful searching and reporting functionality,
handling even very large volumes of data comfortably. All the information
is integrated and managed in Axxera’s flexible and powerful Client Portal,
which also provides blended reporting and workflow capabilities.
